University Life

The student body at the Munich School of Philosophy has democratically elected representatives in the senate and its committees (e.g. Finance Committee, Library Committee). In addition to much teaching, learning and discussion at the Munich School of Philosophy, numerous student initiatives also create a diverse social life.

Initiativen an der HfPh

There is a rich culture of student initiatives supported by the student representatives and the Munich School of Philosophy. From sport to film and music, through recording of important lectures, all the way to social projects, the students organize and carry out a great deal together. The close cooperation resulting from this has a significant effect on the atmosphere at the Munich School of Philosophy.

The contact between our institution and the students does not end after graduation. For example, all alumni are invited to an alumni party every two years. Many alumni are also members of the pro philosophia association, which supports the School and the students in diverse projects.
